Return Process

    Secure RMA Approval

    Once your return is authorized, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a detailed shipping label via your registered email address.

    Pack Your Devices

    Place the items in their original packaging including all sensors, mounting brackets, and manuals to ensure the return meets our quality control standards.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    After our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement unit within 5 business days.
